I admit I cheated this time around. Day 15 is just ridiculously late to do the pregnancy test. I started taking these tests on Day 11, or Tuesday. Of course after getting a positive that day, I had to keep taking them each day to make sure the line was getting darker. As you can see from the picture, the lines do get darker with each day.
Since my last post/rant about progesterone, many have inquired how the shots have been going. I don't think progesterone in sesame oil is significantly better, but my bum has never hurt as badly as it did the first two days so everything is okay. My hips are definitely sore and it doesn't feel awesome, but it's not the worst it could be so I will deal with it. According to Lois during our conversation today, I will take progesterone shots until week 8 (4 more weeks...). At that point it is my choice whether I went to switch to suppositories 3 TIMES A DAY or stick with the shot. But regardless, I will be on progesterone until 12 weeks. Oh yeah baby, two more months to go!
The top needle is for the belly shots, and check out that 22 gauge 1 1/2 inch needle that's going into my hips every night. Greg is doing a fabulous job. He has always been a little nervous about getting the needle into the right location, so at his request I had my friend Jaimee (the nurse) draw circles on my bum with permanent marker. (Sorry, no picture available.) He was going a little too low, and now that it's higher the pain is a little bit better.
And this is Progy, my Mii. I haven't had to use her yet. I'm still doing fine emotionally even on tons of progesterone and lots of pregnancy hormones.

Hooray!!!!!!!! I can't believe how much work this is. That needle is scary. Much worse than Lizzie's in my opinion...
